Throughout March there has been a Science Club for P5 pupils. 12 pupils took part in this club to make desk fans and other fun devices using buzzers and lights. The children all had great fun.
To end the club, 6 pupils had the opportunity to go to the Ramada to take part in a Science day. They got to show off their 'Secret Stash Box' which they had invented to other schools and to the Education Minister. They also got to take part in various workshops which were all great fun and involved making things with k-nex.
In the end there was a presentation and Riverdale Primary School won the Award for Excellence for the Year 5 group which was just super.
Well done Science Club!
