Belfast Giants visit Riverdale
The Belfast Giants visited the pupils in Riverdale to promote their Healthy Lifestyle Programme.
They learnt about eating healthily and how they can ensure that they are getting enough exercise. They also got to try some of the exercises the Giants do to prepare themselves for their matches.
We will now try these exercises in our PE lessons. Keep checking Key Stage 2 class pages to see how we are getting on with our exercises in the new school term.
